I really love (I was searching another word, but I cannot find it in my dictionnary !) your dragons : drawing and coloring are so fine, so delicate...
I have just a question to answer : do you paint them with watercolors and pastels, or only with pastels ?

:-) August wollersberger replies: "Sorry for leting you wait, i have not checked here for quite a time. The dragons are made with pencil and ordinary chalk, and then colored with aquarell-colors. the butterfly-like one was made with pencil,chalk and coal.the only pics here done with pastel-chalks are the phoenix end the leviathan.Thanks a lot for your nice words."

Your pictures made me burst into tears... I wanted to comment all of them, they are so gorgeous... thank you for publishing at Elfwood! For how long time have you drawn?

1 August wollersberger replies: "  Wow! what a nice compliment!i have been drawing for quite some time now but after school i didnt have much time for art. i started drawing seriously again about 5 years ago with the phoenix and the leviathan on this page. ofcorse the pics shown here are just a part of my work but in order to "stay on topic" i only publish fantasy stuff on elfwood."

Wow!! You are the kind of artists that can inspiring others artists!!! The one that can revived the flame of art!! I have stopped drawing since a couple of years, you gave me ''cheers'' to start again, thank you!!!You got a unique talent!! You artwork got sensibility, they are original!!! Your artwork is amazing! I can honestly say this is the first time I’ve ever seen anyone draw a catoblepas...but anyway, I can tell that you put a lot of effort into your work - it really shows in a beautiful and inspiring way!
