SciFi and Fantasy Art: Banished Allies

Drawn late at night during a fit of depression, using a quill pen and blue ink. I suppose drawing an arm full of cuts is better than * having* an arm fill of cuts, plus I promised Zoie that I would try not to hurt my self any more. We will probably be seeing more of this girl, at least until I'm well settled into the new schoolyear.

NEVER NEVER NEVER do this, only draw, or kill off another revolver or something.
Maybe he's a clone.
He's a boy.
So are you!
That's not the point.
I know.

23 Aurora O'Neill replies: "I'll try... at least i hasn't gotten this bad since Rocky...."

I love this, because I think it displays late-night depression so well.
(Can you tell I've been there as well?)
The blue ink just adds to the whole effect.
And as morbid as it may sound,I love the way you've done the blood running from the cuts.

51 Aurora O'Neill replies: "Why thank you! Your comment is much appreciated. As to the blood... I've seen it way to much not to know how blood runs...."

I'll comment on the picture in person. But I must ask, why did darth ADHD say you are a boy?

37 Aurora O'Neill replies: "Part of ACAM: Don't ask. It's a VERY long story. "

oh oh oh oh oh!!!!

I LOVE this one!

I love that you didn't draw the face, because for this you really didn't need to. It's much more emotive like this, kind of hits you in the solar plexus because there is so MUCH in it.

And the way you done the cuts is good too. It's kind of more, I don't know, it leaves the impression that the physical wounds aren't what's making her hurt so much, since there aren't many of them and they're all in one place.

Okay, I've babbled enough.
It's REALLY good!!!

23 Aurora O'Neill replies: "Thank you very much. It's amasing how cathartic a good sit down with a quill pen is.... "
