SciFi and Fantasy Art: Justin of Drewood

Justin of Drewood, the Fae Archvillain of my books. He is a villain, a blackguard, a beast, a brute, a fiend and a bit of an Incubus. He is the father of at least fifteen children, all by separate mothers, one of whom happened to be a rebel princess. In this most interesting of scenes, he has just met the man who is to be his partner in crime. He also goes by the names Arlen, Don, Petrof, Jason, and many others. Done in mechanical pencil.

I agree with the comment above. Also the man looks like he's floating in the air rather than sitting.

23 Aurora O'Neill replies: "Sad, but true. He always gives me trouble, and this is really the first piece that i have done entirely without references ainwhich the person was sitting anywhere..."

Nice shading, the candles look a little 2D though.

23 Aurora O'Neill replies: "Yeah... It took me way to long to do this one, and for some reason I just couldn't get the candles to sade right, so I just left them. One of my friends remarked that really, there would be no shadows in this room..."
