SciFi and Fantasy Art: Muireann in BuchannanLady Muireann Malen, the daughter of Lady Dawn Malen and Lord Asclepius Malen. She is the youngest of her little group of three cousins, and 'the smart one' of her group. Her cousin Kail is 'the strong one', whereas Fennle, the eldest is 'the pretty one'. Muireann is a healer and a weather witch, who is also part Mermaid, part Centaur, part Sphinx, and part Airwalker. She's one of them nice magical mutts, y' ken? In any case, this is her in a kilt, tartan, Ionar (vest-thingie), and sporran, with flashes (the thingies in the socks). Really like this one. Like, a lot. | |

You know the guy who painted the cisten chaple or however you spell it.Did you know he painted himse;f into part of that huge picture? he was like a sagging skin ummm shell.You know hollow.I saw it.it was freaky o.O trust me.And I just noticed because I finished a book on m.a. and it talked about bone structure and mussle's and your picture looks like the example they gave. Looking at the arms from that perspective, she does look pretty screwy. Why would Dawn name her daughter after her mother? Oh, and as a story, how do you keep the reader from confusing the Muireanns? And you know... maybe I should avoid this place so I don't wind up with too many spoilers for the story... I mean, I kind of guessed that Clep and Dawn would get together, what with being in the same part of the world and other things, but... Aurora O'Neill replies: "I'm allowed to chew out my Zoe-Zoe if I want to, thank 'e very much....
Actually, it's Clep who names wikkle Muirie..... And Muireann O'Brian hardly ever showes up in the later books, and only once, I think, after Muireann Malen is born.
