SciFi and Fantasy Art: Distraught Maria

Okay... Maria Carmelita has officially become my favourite subject. Part of that can probably be blamed on The Painter's Writer being the story I'm currently obsessing over (along with Thread Boarders, but one's not fantasy - see my main page for a link), but anywho... she suffers a bit of, um, 'emotional turmoil' in the story, and is at one point out in an alley sorta place trying to catch her breath and think things over. Look! I'm trying to do more backgrounds! I'm really trying!
