SciFi and Fantasy Art: Sunbathing

This Native Princess is enjoying the sun as long as she can before seeing to her 'wifely' duties. She was married to an older king so that her father could have more land. I used a magazine picture as a model, and tried to use as few lines on the face as possible, instead of shading and whatnot.

Wallace	Loading... actually, whenever I saw this picture, the face seemed reminiscent of left-eye from tlc. i can see the hair belonging to braidy...but her face strikes me as looking like left-eye. this picture is absolutely beautiful, it's simple yet detailed, and very lovely. you've captured the moment very well, and the dress pattern is remarkable!

I am sorry, but you might as well know takes a deep breath and braces theirselves, eh, theirself the neck looks like she's been executed and had her head measily put back on, from the looks of that line on her neck... 2. Other than that, it is absolutely gorgeous, and, YOU SHOULD COLOR IT! AV Salois replies: "Oh, c'mon now, it's obvious that if her head was set back on poorly at that angle, it would fall right back off. ;P No, dear, that's a necklace, though I suppose I could've made it look more, um, necklace-y, hehe. Thanks! I never thought about colouring it, but I may... I was supposed to be doing more of these types, but I never got around to it, hehe."
