| 29 Nov 2002 | Elrowen | I don´t see anything wrong with it, but then im not an artist. Anyway I think this picture is GREAT! | |
| 7 Dec 2002 | Malaskor | Very nice picture. Well spaced and good light/shadow. The onlytwo thingsthat might be better is changed are her hands that seem a bit too small and the altar that has a slight slope from left to right where none should be.
Keep up the good work | |
| 8 Dec 2002 | Catherine M.E Waddell | Ballpoint is such a misunderstood tool - the background is fab and the figure not bad - she does seem to get smaller in scale the further you travel down her body and the neck is a little narrow and off angle, but the shading and clothing are very well done and I really didn't notice anything wrong with the lighting. | |
| 25 May 2003 | Michelle Smith | Well, I notice some anatomical mistakes ( i.e. the head is too wide, the hands too small) but I think you're making more of a styled picture than a realistic one. Your stylized version works better than a realistic one, it makes it seeem more medieval-like (even with the go-go boots!) Nice use of pen, great texture. Pretty... *eyes glaze over*. | |
| 2 Jun 2003 | Marlena Cannon | The anatomy might be off, but I think it works with the piece. It reminds me strongly of medieval art, which didn't usually have good proportions. | |
| 2 Jul 2006 | Rickard KJ Fornstedt | Nice one! Sure it's got a few flaws, bit I've seen worse. I like that it is so detailed. You seem to be good at drawing cloth. Joellena S. 'azul' Asher replies: "Lately detail is my bigger focus, probably to the detriment of my technique. I'm interested in conveying textures in general, yes, and in this genre cloth is the most obvious choice. I'm pleased you think i might be succeeding. Thank you" | |
