| 22 Jun 2000 | Jennifer 'Myrror' Johnson | Um? First-comment-by-other-than-artist? Heh. That's a very cool owl (I can't do owls, they have funny beaks). The glowing effect with the eyes brings to mind an owl spirit, not a material owl. The overall pic is very nice! | |
| 4 Sep 2000 | Rev | If you've listened to the Nightowl Chronicles from bassic (www.mp3.com/bassic) you'd understand the ethereal feeling of this image. Very sweet feel to it. I could see a relatively serene animated video for the three songs with this owl, and the sky/moon/etc having this abstract feel to it. | |
| 9 Mar 2001 | Daniel B. Taylor | I really like this one.. the strangest thing is that it doesnt feel 'eerie' or 'creepy' at all.. just.. mystical. The eyes give it a nice touch, and the lighting used on the feathers is great, the background suits it too.. | |
| 19 Apr 2001 | Michelle Czajkowski | the wing on the right is bent in toooo much. Owls are bushy and round ^--^ ( O_O)--hoot hoot ( _ _) | |
| 27 Jan 2004 | Taylor Bobbitt | Whoa.... youre right ^. great picture overall ( i like the shiny effect), but if it hasnt been said enough (which it has), the wing is bent. it shouldnt be. sorry to be, uhhh not so... uhh, complimentary. owls are round and all bushy like. haha (00), like so. Rebecca E. Vallez replies: "The head is turned to the viewer, but the body is angled to the left, so the wing isn't actually bent." | |
