This is obviously a Naga (for those of you who play L5R), although I'm not quite sure about the double- headed bit.

'Obviously?' Yuanti have arms like his. Nagha/naga usually don't. More 'obviously' this is a construct like a pushmi-pullyu from those old Dr Doolittle tales. The snake head likely packs a hefty dose of venom and would benefit from the primary humanoid's ability to shred larger prey down to swallowable size, along with the intelligence. The humanoid end benefits from the serpent's natural toxic weapons.

It's not a naga. Naga have the faces of humans and thats it. Other than that they're all snake. This guy is a Yuan-ti Halfblood because he has a humanoid body and face.
