SciFi and Fantasy Art: Giant

The best part of this one is...I'm going to be able to see what that ass really looks like *laughs*, it's gonna be a miniature. I did this for Assassin Miniatures. Their request to me: ''The giant is standing with one arm straight forwards the hand is flat open. On the open hand stands an amazon shamaness with no clothes on....In the face of the giant you can see the inner fight against the will of the shamaness which try to control the will of the giant. The other arm of the giant is positioned as he tries to clap the hands together to smash the girl.'' The drawing may be a little strange looking, I tried to distinguish between the elements so the sculptor can understand better. This would be cool as an incense burner, just lift off the girl...just a marketing idea *chuckles*.

It reminds me of an old Disney cartoon where a giant uses various items on a farm as utensils: pitchfork as fork, saw as knife, silo as beer mug... The use of the house to make up clothing for the giant is a clever thought. Well done!

30 Aug 2003	Anonymous	Loading... Yeah, really awesome drawing. Here's the miniature, which does not do your picture justice: http://www.assassin.de/minis/assassingiant.jpg . The pose is not nearly as dynamic and dramatic, and many of the details are changed for the worse.
