SciFi and Fantasy Art: Dire Ape

This is a drawing I drew in art class of one of my D&D fantasy minitures. To date I think this is one of my best two drawings. In fact this sketch is pretty useful to me beacuase I'm going to be useing that miniture in a D&D game soon and it will be nice to show the party the Dire Ape face-on in the drawing then just the gazeing down at a little miniture.

15 Jan 2003	Alexander M. Hayward	Loading... Butt-kicking and bone crunching! It's a great sketch, and a great example of your ability to sketch objects, and breath an almost etheral life into them. I would really love to see an oil painting of this some day, full of primal rage, and beautiful baboon colors which would make Harenu proud.

11 Jun 2005	Endie cha cha	Loading... That is such a good ape! I love his weapon of choice. It looks very hard, firm, and long. Where could find a bone that big? Do you have one that I can borrow? Ask your mom or something. endie cha cha cha ;]
