I like this one a lot, though the composition is kind of failed.
I assume there was not meant to be one.

One problem I would like to point out is the drow.
I was initially taking it for a male, until I noticed the chest (hard to notice) and the striking resemblance with Neri'ull.
My advice would be to give her stronger eye-lashes and somewhat more full lips. Her hips are a little too slim for feminine looks, too.

The hobgoblin´s armor and overall style very much have my liking.

Done in Paint again, eh ?
