SciFi and Fantasy Art: Time Stands Still

Time Stands Still is on Blind Guardian's Nightfall In Middle-Earth. I put the repeat mode over the song and scribbled. It's the start of a battle which was terrifying me when I read the Silmarillion. I don't like battles, neither to draw them.

Your dislike of battles comes through--there is a particular frenetic horror, and the stark angular lines are appropriate to a harsh subject. Funny how a single song can evoke a work.
