My name is Greg Bowtell (aka Vaughan Pitt) and I am currently doing freelance web and graphic design. I am from Geelong, Australia, and am 21 yrs old. In what little spare time I get, I like to create fantasy and sci-fi art, usually with a slightly 'morbid' theme. My main influences would be H.R. Giger and Gerald Scarfe, and to a lesser extent Dave McKean, Roger Dean and Ralph Bakshi. I use mainly the airbrush,(tho not so much lately, friends) but I also use paints, watercolours and a little Photoshop. To paraphrase Jack Nicholson; 'I make art until someone dies.' Well maybe not literally. Maybe.

5 Dec 2000	Deric Bernier	Loading... I hate to be the bearer of bad news for you mate, especialy since you are so talented. But Ralph Bakshi is not someone you should look up too. He is basically the highest paid tracer in existance, as his films are nothing more than painted over live action. He is less respected in the animation field than even Hanna Barbera. Anyway, your work is excellent, keep it up.
