SciFi and Fantasy Art: Beermats

Some time ago, when I went to a café with some friends of mine, the first thing I asked when I stood at the bar was if the barman (another friend) had a pen for me. There were beermats lying everywhere and I started drawing. I must have made about 14 drawings that evening. A couple of those went to friends, one got lost and I threw one away because it was the first one I drew and I didn't like it. This is just a selection of the few I took home with me. Upperleft is an elf that invites you into his forest. I wanted to practise some foreshortening. Uppermiddle is how I pictured hell that specific evening. The barman asked us to draw hell the way we saw it. I colored the bloodtears in Photoshop because they didn't have a red pen. Upperright I drew an eye with tears coming from it, but Dennis took that one home with him. It's not fantasy enough to put up here alone, so I sneak it in with the rest of them. ;) Bottomleft is the picture that I made directly after I had drawn the hell. Bottomright is a bodypaint I came up with.

wow... that eye is amazing! I know this is really mean but... when i first looked at your gallary i was just gonna skip right past it and i saw this one and the pictures are amazing!

*willow*I'm glad there was at least something you liked here. I'm working on a couple of new pictures that should be way better than what I have up right now.
