SciFi and Fantasy Art: Flora ap Hywell

I did this one on an airplane flying between Portland Oregon and Las Vegas Nevada (linework) and in Vegas at my sisters place. (color) That was 4 months ago, but my scanner was broken, and I just got my new one working a week ago. So here you have it, my long overdue Update to my gallery. Hope you enjoy! Cat ap Hywell left me so many cool comments, I just had to name this one for her. (Yes, I do respond well to flattery ~_^)

2 Jan 2001	Rosanna Mari Hercher	Loading... I like this one. You bring the stained glass look from the actual broken (I think?) windows above to her dress and her hair. I think that is rather unique! (I can't spell...) I like how you side-stepped having to draw the hands and the feet. Those are my big problem-areas personally... that and the whole 'human figure' thing.... I love the dress design. The only thing that I see as 'ickish' is her elbows. They're a bit too pointy! Or maybe I just can't draw... that's always a possibility!
