ReMaster the jellyfish man is wrong. polyp=tentacles at top, and medusa=tentacles facing down.

the one on the left looks like a virus, and the one on top looks like a turnip. the one on the right...I'm not so sure.

I've seen this before, in my head, first time I'v seen them out and about. The tall one's a plant. The one in the air is a bug and the other must be a form of horse/spider

Going to attempt to answer this...I would guess that the turnip looking one is female, the squat looking one is male, and the long spindly one is neutral. Beyond that it's beyond me...And that guess is based only on the fact that elements of both of the other two can be seen in the one on the left...*meek shrug*
