SciFi and Fantasy Art: Amaan, a borrowed picture

This little number is the result of me trying desperately to get my drawing act together and get some portrait/form drawings up and going. The picture is inspired by Casey Young's representation of a dungeons and dragons character named 'Amaan'. Before I posted the picture I asked of course if I could use this pic. See gallery 144 to find Casey btw. The picture was done on drawing paper, started with 0.5 mecha-pencil and finished with Crayola Colored Pencils.

16 Oct 2001	SOcky	Loading... I like it Brian. Its got a nice majestic feel to it with that well styled hair and glorious backdrop. Love the way those colours seem to just push her forwards and swirl about her.
