SciFi and Fantasy Art: The Warrior In Repose...

Believe it or not, this actually started out more or less as an attempt to do a slightly more realistic jawline. Thought I might end up posting it, but I think it may have turned out rather better than I had expected. Of course, some of the detail was eaten when I had to shrink it...might try it monochrome later to see if I can get a slightly larger size.

I never noticed Kayl's dragon-claw hand before, but now that I've seen it, I notice that in your other pics of him, he's wearing a glove on that hand. No wonder! 1 Keep up the great work!Yeah, I cheated. Both because I didn't want to draw the claw all the time, and because in the game he hides it so as not to attract any more attention to himself than necessary. Thanks!

This is cool. I'm working on a game that has guys in kilts with dragon motifs to their culture, so this drew me immediately. Come check out the site and see if you might be interested in contributing art to the game. I could use good quality people like yourself. This rocks!Never made it to the site, sorry about that. Is the project still a go? Good luck with it, if it is. Thanks for the comment 2

*takes a peek under the kilt, and then runs*

Obviously, I like this piece. The hand is rather intesting.Scaly and uncomfortable, but interesting 12 And watch where you're peekin!

This is my favorite picture in your gallery. Although, I must say that a smile is always more becoming than a frown. You said that you were working on jaw-lines, well I think his is quite nice. However, his eyebrow extends out a bit more than it should, unless you meant for him to have a
uni-brow.Or his brows are knit at the moment. Difficult to say. Thanks.

Yeee~! Absolutely wonderful work, and I'm saying that because your grasp of shading, perspective, etc is incredible...not just because you drew a sexy fellow in a kilt. ^^;

Hi Brian,
Finally had a chance to check out more of your pics. After reading comments, didn't realize your ancestry before...perhaps thats why all the kilts! All I can see is keep them coming...I have somewhat of a love, no, lust for a man in a kilt. p.s. still waiting for a Brianna pic (smile)You and everyone else, apparently. When I feel that I can do her justice, I'll give it a whirl so that everyone can tell me that it doesn't look like their mental image of Bree 12 Thanks for stopping by!
