SciFi and Fantasy Art: Vacation Photos

Or Athos, down on the farm! No, you don't want to know.
This obnoxiously cute alien was draw for the first challenge on Ursula's Irregular Art Challenge LJ Community. The first challenge was to draw a cliche, so I picked one of the most clicheic things in Scifi art. . .androgenous grey aliens. This er. . guy happens to have his arm flung around his new earth friend Bessy the Cow.

My fellow moderator, Matt Summers, has written a story about our favorite vacationing alien and his friend Bessy. Why don't you go check it out-- A Vacation on Earth

Medium:Painter 5 with the ever much fun wacom.

I like! Particularly the sort of 'bad close-up' effect you get, when 2 people get together and one holds the camera out and points it in vaguely the right direction, with the end result being that at least one of the people is half out of the picture. *takes a deep breath* Don't worry. I usually express myself better than this. I bet when you drew this, you never expected to have half of Wyverns descending on you!
Does that mean that the cow is taking the photo?

I wonder . . . did he pick up the "peace" sign on Earth . . . or did we get it from him . . . or is he doing something else entirely?

Really, it doesn't matter, as this pic is still worth a delighted laugh (or two . . . or three). I knew cows were special!

*wants to laugh* *needs to laugh* *tries to laugh* *cries like a baby because he didnt come up with idea first* *cries even harder because for once he cant come up with decent comment*
This is just beautiful. My firstborn will be named Bridget. Not spelled like yours, no. Im going to adopt, too, tho, so that doesn't matter anyway. Tell ya what: Weenie dogs are very smart. I will name my next weenie dog Bridgette. Oh, by the way, weenie of the moment (and of the last 13 years worth of moments) The Venerable Jessica Paula, Dachsess of Harvey says "hi."
In Weenese.
