| 26 Aug 2004 | Jenny M. Heidewald | Wow, those are some leaves! Awesome work with your colored pencils, and I love that little furry caterpillar! Joanna M. Bromley replies: "Thank-you very much, Heide!I appreciate your comments!" | |
| 26 Aug 2004 | Kilian | Very good! It's almost as if you could get wet touching the raindrops. The elf was superbly done as well. Joanna M. Bromley replies: "Thank-you, Kilian! The raindrops were a real challenge! I had cramps in my fingers when I finished them all off. I left them for last and nearly ended up being cross-eyed and hunch-backed! I'm glad you liked my drawing!" | |
| 28 Aug 2004 | S. Quan | This is really very good! It so has that feel of fairytale illustrations, because it's so detailed, jolly and you can just about hear the raindrops falling ... Listen to that tinkle! I'm a big fan of rain, so this picture of yours is encouraging my fond memories. I'm sure anyone who'd read bedtime stories and folktales with Mama or Papa can relate. Thank you and well done for creating such a beautiful masterpiecicle art. | |

| 26 May 2005 | Jen | OMG! How on earth did you make this? It's wonderful! What kind of pencils did you use? Prismacolours? Joanna M. Bromley replies: "Hey, Jen! Glad you like it!Actually, for this picture I used regular artists pencils(set of 24) from `WH Smiths,´ a stationary store in Britiain! Only proves that one does not have to own the most expensive coloured pencils to make good drawings! I've wanted Prisma Colored pencils for a long time now, but unfortunately they only seem to sell them in the U.S.A and the postage alone would be horrendous! Thanks again!" | |
