Hey!! First comment is mine! I love your background, that black with that violet moon/earth/planet is awesome.. as for your dragon, it kind of looks like one of those rubber things that comes out of plastic molds... it's interesting. The under the wings shading looks a little skimpy, but over all this is good work

Hey, it looks like you're having aliasing problems. (Aliasing is that stair-steppy jagged effect caused by the squareness of pixels.) The wings have a really bad case of aliasing... if you're using photoshop, you can fix that in (I think) the options window, for all the tools. Or you could try manually smudging the lines with the smudge tool. Otherwise, I love it! Would make a great coat-of-arms.
