| 12 Sep 2000 | David Morrah | I can visualise the Dagger of Rhun story a lot better after seeing these guys in the flesh. I like their style of costume, it looks very functional. They certainly seem like very feasible characters if a Lion Squad was to exist. By the way, you said "All the weapons are made of míthríl", what's mithril and how effective is it as an armour? | |
| 31 Mar 2001 | Krismolle | You did an excellent job with the shading to their uniforms! I can see where the straps and pockets pull at the fabric. Did you have something to work from? I've a terrible time getting clothing to come out right, and here you've put some depth in dark colors just with pencil. (I think photoshop spoils me ;-) )
Is there a story that goes with these guys? <examines earlier comment intently and looks hopeful> | |
| 2 Dec 2001 | Andrew Burfield | And not only Elfwood writer, but the artist (if you can call me that!). Yes indeed you can read "The Dagger Of Rhun" at my writing website, simply by following the link to your left. | |
| 1 Feb 2002 | LEO Asadini | ITS great. We also have our team named Lion squad and quiet to see a thing like this | |
| 22 Feb 2002 | The Polite Critic | Nice conversion of the cover of a model kit box. Was it the SAS or the SDU? | |
| 23 Feb 2002 | The Artist (or lack thereof) | Yes indeed, it is converted from a SAS CT squad model box. Nice spotting there... | |
| 18 Mar 2002 | The Artist (or lack thereof) | It was in fact the SAS Counter-terrorist one. Has to be of course, all others are inferior... Like I said, artist or lack thereof... | |
