SciFi and Fantasy Art: Protective Angel 1

I answered a quiz 'What type of angel are you?' and it said I was a protective angel, who would do anything for friends. It got me thinking, about what a protective angel would do. This is my impression of that angel. She's guarding a defenceless boy and conjuring up a protective circle. The sort you draw on the floor before you summon a demon. I don’t know… I like this pic but for some reason I think It’d look even better if it didn’t have the boy at the centre.. maybe the side.. give more attention to the angel.
