| 24 Jul 2006 | Carly Staton (Zhaneel_Skie) | What a spectacular piece! Even the angle itself gives her an air of superiority that comes with being such a regal specimen. I adore the colour scheme; despite the monochrome, her eyes stand out so starkly against the rest of the image. She's truly striking! Keep up the beautiful work!

| 28 Apr 2007 | Mariah M. Sachen | She is so beautiful. I love the way that her hair looks like it is flowing in water. The blue light is very good and she has a very alluring yet harsh look to her. Very nice job | |
| 21 Oct 2007 | David Michael | There's a similar, but ultimately different, picture by Cristina Ortega called "Lapislazuli." It's interesting to note the differences. I love both of them a lot, they're so beautiful. Here, though, I really love the silvery blue skin and glittery blue lips. They're almost tangible, it's incredible. In fact, I have to admit that this picture inspired some details in my own fantasy world. In my poem "The Fay at Brightwater Cascades" I mentioned mermaids with silvery blue skin - well, that comes from me seeing this picture. So thanks, I guess. I hadn't thought of the possibilities of skin colors and textures in fantasy races too much before seeing this. | |
