SciFi and Fantasy Art: Brand New Blue Eyes

This is Blue Eyes, the emissary from the underwater-y folk, who don't really have a good name yet. Anyway, this is him after I grossly redesigned the race. I did a colored version a month or two ago, and if anyone likes this, I might just go ahead and post that one as well. Let me know.
