I really like this one. I've seen others sort of like it, but this presents the theme in a new way. Instead of those fluffy little breakable fairies sitting delicately in the palm of the hand, it looks more feisty and resembles a hawk or other bird of prey.

This is really cool, i like how she's all perched on like person's arm. She looks like she's about to take off.
