SciFi and Fantasy Art: Big horsey

Watercolor. VERY proud of this one. The girl is a character of mine named Natasha... not that it matters. 1/4/03: Many people have pointed out different horses make up this horse. There's a reason for this... because they do. I was looking at many pictures of horses when I was painting this and they got smooshed together. Its not supposed to be any one real breed of horse, just her horse(Clyde is his name, not his breed), which is big and tough for work, but also a loyal friend (not scary looking). As for the questions as why she is not 'pretty' or why she is in rags... because she poor (don't worry, when she grows up she meets a nice guy and marries him... not rich, but lives comfortably and happily, and that is all that matters). and hey, not everyone is a tall curvy supermodel, you know :(

18 Jun 2007	Tracey	Loading... It's like two or three breeds to me like a Clydesdale or Shire with a little Arabian/Andalusian thrown in about the head and neck. Love it! And I love the girl too and her outfit! Love the fact that she isnt dressed as some rich fancy princess! wink Awesome job. It's like her and her best friend Clyde. I love it. Awesome awesome awesome.
