Can a horse's back legs really bend that much??? Oh well, how should I know. Anyways, the picture is stunning and you have real talent. Keep it up! ^^ Yeah I think they can bend back that much, I watch enough Animal Planet to get a vague idea! 14 I watched one horsey programme with an underwater shot of a horse swimming, they are quite lithe creatures when they're in their prime. Thanks for the comment xXx

Wonderful movement and shading. It's awesome that this is done in blue. The anatomy looks really good, however, his head and neck look a little big in comparison to the rest of his body. Other than that, there is really nothing wrong...not that it's wrong, it looks great...just more draft-like than the rest of the body (and now I'm rambling). Anywho, lovely, and i like the barb on the horn. I know exactly what you mean about the head and neck, those are my least favourite parts of the drawing, I think it had something to do with the angle I was drawing at. Plus I need to do alot more head studies because the head is one of the hardest parts I find (as well as the bloody rest of the damned things). Thanks for the comment xXx

There's huge neck for horses i have seen.. But this is elfwood and it seems to fit to picture so it doesn't really bother.. It's greatly drawn, colored and shadowed.. I like this!

This is a beautiful piece, and it looks like a real horse, except for the horns, of course. I reminds me of when you go into a pool on the frist day it's open and the water is freezing, but it feels good anyways. I haven't seen any bicorn pictures on elfwood apart from this one, I have one drawn, but I don't think it's good enough to go on my gallery. This is a beautiful picture again.*wanders off to look at the rest of the gallery*

WoW! I love this pic! The thick neck makes him look a little ponyish but the hind legs look amazing. There's nothing wrong with the shape of his cheek but his head could be slightly narrower and a longer muzzle wouldn't hurt. Yup, awesome.

A horse's back can indeed bend that much. The only thing i might point out is that his hind quarters are a little on the small side. Other than that, he absolutely gorgeous. I especially like the way you, very subtley, adapted the traditional horn - it makes the image more unique and interesting. I also like his legs (especially the front two) and his mane/tail (especially the fun detail of the braid). Lovely.

OMG I think this is my fave in your gallery. The anatomy is perfect. You really know your horses. lol. I hope to get that good at horses someday...
