| 23 Jul 2003 | Manuela B. Duczeminska | Oh, she's pretty, too... the other one looks perhaps more ethereal, this one more fleshy, but I love them both. Chelsea L. Gordon replies: "I thought it was so interesting to see the way two people could take the same drawing and make it uniquely their own. I loved the way both turned out." | |
| 23 Jul 2003 | Jenny M. Heidewald | *waves* Wow, I had forgotten all about your picture I colored for you! < *laughs at Audrey S. Totire Jones comment* *bows to all the nice people* What makes a pretty picture really pretty is all the work that went into it before the coloring! Chelsea L. Gordon replies: "You taught me so much about coloring from looking at your work! It has been a real inspiration. I've started coloring all my own stuff. I have four new pieces I'm about to upload. No where near as good as yours, but they were fun to draw!" | |
| 25 Jul 2003 | Jenny M. Heidewald | You taught me so much about coloring from looking at your work! It has been a real inspiration. I've started coloring all my own stuff. I have four new pieces I'm about to upload. No where near as good as yours, but they were fun to draw! --- *Awww, how sweet! I am flattered! I am glad to be an ispiration! Something being fun is the real reason behind art I believe, some people would have you thinking that it was to make things look super realistic, but it is more of a journey. ( I think I need to get some more sleep, I feel like I am babbling! < ) Hey, I messed with the background a bit, nothing fancy, but an addition of a gradiant background ( light blue to dark blue) makes the mermaid look less stark against the white, I wish I had thought of this back in '99 when I colored it for you! (OMG has it really been that long?!?!) Anways, I'll stop babbling now, I look forward to the new updates! | |
| 28 Dec 2003 | Maureen 'Wolffen' Wolff | I REALLY like this one!!! In fact, now that I think of it, I have drawn the perfect mount for your mermaid, though you will have to be patient to see it, as I have yet to have downloaded it on my site. I call it my Hippocampus biceros, when you finally see it you will know what I am talking about. Any who, great job on all of your art, I like it a lot. | |
| 13 Feb 2004 | Anonymous | I like it and everything but peoples chests just aren't that big so try shrinking that a little. | |
| 28 Feb 2004 | Anonymous | Looks like a playboy-mermaid | |
| 14 May 2004 | Anonymous <nickferland@hot...com> | very nice | |
| 8 Jun 2004 | Chelsea too | Inkers dont get enough credit. It taks great talent to be able to takes the penciling of a drawing and bring "life" to it. Besides that,im sure that a mermaid would be greatly offended if she heard us land dwelers critizing the size of her eyes. | |
| 25 May 2005 | Snake | Its so pretty and kool the blues r kool and nice details on the scails | |
| 30 May 2005 | The Man | Nice, but shrink the breasts a bit and put like, a starfish over her her nipples for a more realistic look. | |
