| 1 Sep 1999 | Prince Kaneda | Yay first comment! heh, actually I'm surprised no one has commented on this one yet... it's by far my favorite, nearly of all the art you've ever done Chel. Besides I'm rather familiar with the whole thing since I've been spending a lot of time coloring the image, not to mention viewing/editing it at x1600 zoom level. Anyway, great art. Although the more I look at it, the more I think that maybe the part where her torso meets her hips is just a few degrees off... ~frowns~ I'm not sure though, might just be my imagination (that's my little bit of CC I feel compelled to tack on). Chelsea L. Gordon replies: "let me know when you decide and I'll fix it if I need to." | |
| 3 Sep 1999 | Timothy Keith Brumbaugh | Your proportions seem fine to me. I love the eyes. Oh, and the hands too. Most people have a real difficulty drawing hands. Chelsea L. Gordon replies: "Thanks for saying so, I have a really hard time drawing hands." | |
| 4 Sep 1999 | Jenny M. Heidewald | I like the concept of a portrait of the soul! This one looks sort of animeish to me, but there's nothing wrong with that. Chelsea L. Gordon replies: "She really likes anime, so I wanted to draw it in that style for her." | |
| 2 Oct 1999 | Gladys Lynn Nickles | ~smiles, eyes watering~ Oh Sis...I never really had time to comment on your drawings till now. I wish I'd seen your description of her sooner. I really don't know what to say...Though I find it hard to believe that this is a reflection of my soul to you. It's far too beautiful.. I love you sis ~warm hugs~ Chelsea L. Gordon replies: "I'm glad you like her! Of all my fairies I like this one most..something about her just really gets me...not often do i have a drawing i actually like but i like this one..only thing I'd change if i could would be her stupid feet. I can't stand them." | |
| 16 Oct 1999 | Sarah L. Hermanutz | Hi! Chelsea, this is in reply to the comment you left on my "Fae Portrait"; this is EXACTLY what I meant with the picture! A portrait isn't always a photographic representation, but a symbol of who the person really is. I think you did a wonderful job capturing that here ) Chelsea L. Gordon replies: "Thank you very much!" | |
| 23 Jun 2003 | Charlene Cross | Aw, she is so pretty, i like the wide wings Thanks for commenting on my mini gallery btw Chelsea L. Gordon replies: "I really enjoyed visiting your gallery, you have beautiful work there! I'm glad you like her wings. I draw big wings because it give a feeling of strength, and all my fairies are very strong women." | |
