SciFi and Fantasy Art: January Dragon

Well, I'm starting a new project, which I hope I will finish... I'm drawing 12 different dragons, each one representing a month. This is January's Dragon. Similar coloring style as my Christmas Gryphon.
The background is a picture I took in Durango, while I was skiing. This mountain is near Engineer Mountain, I believe. The picture didn't turn out well, but you can't expect too much from $130 camera, can you? So I edited it a little, but I think I should have spent some more time on it. Maybe some other time...
