SciFi and Fantasy Art: Lily with a sword

LILY!!! *hugs the poor cat girl until the thing cat breathe anymore* hee hee hee, my absolute most favorite person to draw in the world! (moreso than my own personification of Selona) She's from an RPG that I run. She just skipped up from being 10 to 20, (poor girls mildly confused at this point and time) anyways, I took the position from Sailor Pluto in one of my Sailormoon comics, (issue 14 I believe, back page.. not that I memorized it... much) *grins* you'll probably see a LOT more of Lily up here, I just haven't gotten around to scanning them yet. Hmm... she usually wears a trenchcoat... ACK! I forgot to add in the eye-makeup.. *sigh* Well... gotta go fix it now.

Wow...I can't believe no one has commented on this one yet! You've really done an incredible job of expressing her emotion. And I really like how she's scrunched up on the left, and when I look at it...my eye just kinda flows off the right side... haha..cool!

She's very lovely, and quite expressive. This would be a good one to render in color, and with some dreamy background, perhaps symbolic of her state of mind, or heart.. <~~}2~

First of all, thanx for commenting. Now, realism. Try drawing from photos, or try copying(study copies only if you see what I mean)a good pencil sketch to see how the artist uses his her shading. My horses used to be very cartoony, until about three year ago when I stopped merely being with horse and started observing them. Same with ppl I suppose...hope this helps!*grinz*

You may want to bash you r scanner while you're at it jenn. The scan doesn't compare to the original.

Wow! Do you take commisions? e-mail me if you do! You have really done a great job. It would look excellent if you color her.
