SciFi and Fantasy Art: Little Dragon

Aww he's so cute! I've been thinking a lot about his inner workings actually. I figure these guys eat pretty much anything, and whatever they can't digest and convert into cells/energy, they pass on to a second stomach which further works said 'food' down (I use the term loosely.) This stomach breaks down the chemicals and whatnot to become fuel for their cute little flames! I'm sure this results in the dragons eating very interesting things, and making very, um, interesting poos... What, too indepth for you all?

Have you ever read 'Guards! Guards!' By Terry Pratchett? He agrees with your opinions on dragons... If they're the huge scaly kind they can only exist with severe magical interferance and imagination - otherwise the common swamp dragon suffices. They have EIGHT stomachs, grow to around two feet long and tend to explode if they have a stomach upset. Feed them charcoal. Errol manages to eat three cobblestones, a bottle, Carrot's tin of armour polish, a doorknob, three of Dibblers sausages-inna-bun, the kettle, a bottle of whisky, two gallons of lamp oil and his squeaky rubber hippo to make his flame hotter...
(hint - read this book. It's hilarious/genious/very very good.)

I love your theory! It probably is true, though I'm not sure. I haven't ask a dragon about it of late.

I think this theory was first proposed in the book 'The Flight of Dragons' I can't rember the name of the author.
It proposes that the dragon's second stomach produces hydrogen, giving the dragon greater lift, the wings being used more for maneouvering, the hydrogen could then be ignited as it leaves the dragon's mouth, either by a chemical reaction or by an electrical charge (as can be produced by living creatures, eg. electric eels).

He looks like he's saying "OooooOOOOoooo...So THAT'S what happens when [insert strange behavior here]."

So adorable. I want one.

This theory your saying here is the most logical i have heard of as of yet and also the most commonly accepted theory....
Also it is said that they found a dragon skeleton in a museum which were thought to be leftover bones but turned out to be a dragon skeleton (I doubt it's cool but it would be neta if it was right???)
