So LOTR Gandalf/Sauron-ish picture, with make me love it all the better

PEOPLE! ITS A W-I-Z-A-R-D! THEY ALL LOOK THE SAME!

It seems to me that the "meaning" of this picture is lost in the babble of whether there are possibly other wizards than Gandalf to be portrayed and if so, how...

To me, the greatest impression of this picture is the contrast between the old ruins among the moss covered trees and the rather futuristic architectural structures in the background. To me, it seems the man is an ancient druid/guardian/powerful-man-of-your-choice who still remains although his own civilization is gone. The curse of being immortal or near-immortal, perhaps? I think only one other commenter mentioned his sadness, but I agree with that. There's much melancholy in this picture, yet nothing stating that the future is necessarily worse than the past. A great piece of work!

This should have a mod-choice. It is abslolutley amazing. There should be a tour with it to I think. Perhaps I should make one.

I’d actually say the range in your illustrative skills is actually pretty wide, but whatever, its a great pic

He looks really mysterious and dramatic! I love the moss-covered tree, and the ruins in the foreground!

Reminds me of Gandalf...

"So you come, riding to Isengard, to seek my counsel." Looks like a very well done mix of Gandalf and Saruman from the movies, but hey, it’s original for a wizard! (There is almost nothing you can do with them.)
