SciFi and Fantasy Art: Faery of the Roses

I created this after I bought a great figural reference book. I wanted to do something fantasy oriented, and she just.. appeared. The roses in the background are from my own garden.

Well... I must admit it's a great work. I like the blue hair, which makes her stand out even more by having bright colors against light colors. I like the way you blended in everything. Thank's for sharing it!

Hey! Great work! But could you please tell me the name and author of the refference book? I'm always trying to get more reference picts. By the way, even if someone used a ref shot to draw one picture, and then you or another person used the same shot to do another picture, the interperpratation of the image would be vastly different. (Don't worry, though, I'm not making up an excuse to draw a poor imitation of THIS lovely picture!)
