SciFi and Fantasy Art: Elf in Hand

This elf is definately in control of her situation...ok, not really, but she seems happy, so this must be a friend helping out...or a well thought up spell. Who knows? I started out in Poser with this one, then brought it into Photoshop, cleaned it up a bit, gave her her wonderful ears and third eye... then made it a duotone. Hope you like!
