SciFi and Fantasy Art: Broken

This is a mirror that broke and instead of the image being reflected properly it reflects how it would if it were still together. Understand? Well, I don't really care if you don't anyways ^_^ There is a poem that goes with it but I'm not going to put it up unless someone asks nicely. The poem has been requested, so here it is (I warn you, it's dumb and rhyming!):....

I here looking in my mirror
A simple fragment of my fears.
My relfection is shattered, much like my dreams,
A figure that's hideous, I just have to scream
A reflection that's distorted and cruel
For, my mind it is ready to rule.
A relfection that's haunting,
A reflection that's taunting,
It controls my life night and day,
Oh how I wish it would just go away.
Taking over, consuming me in shame,
Ruining my dreams of glory and fame,
I have no doubt it'll take over my life,
Fill my reality with injustice and strife
But for now it just sits there, staring at me
I pray like it, I will never be
Now I sit here, looking at my mirror,
A simple fragment of all my fears

10 Mar 2001	W. Irene Thanh	Loading... It looks a tad....don't mind me...but it seems kinda disturbing in a way...like how the eyes stare out like that...and the face isn't smiling and the mouth is set in a slight frown...all in all it's very well done.

It makes it look almost like a porcelain mask, but not quite. ...am I making sense here? Probably not. In any case, good work. n.n.... You're making sense. At least to me. I didn't really mean to have it creep people out so much, it's just...there. Thanks tho to all of you.
