SciFi and Fantasy Art: Bethany

Did this a while back. It's a RPG pic for the character, Kixela Starfire. But she always seemed like a Bethany to me. Doodled it while 'watching' Horatio Hornblower, colored it with (big surprise here) Photoshop.
