wow, the colouring is really great. he looks like he belongs in an anime with other tree spirits. Its really creative!

2 Claire L. Meixner replies: "Thanks, his colouring was done really quick so it's kind of sloppy, but thanks!"

Hi Claire! I really like this piece! Somehow it reminds me from Hayo Miyazaki's movie: Princess Mononoke..

By the way I like his face and his back. The colouring is also good! Keep it up!

2 Claire L. Meixner replies: "thank you very much! I'm rather happy with how he came out too!"

Really, what's his story? I love your creativity!

2 Claire L. Meixner replies: "Thank you for the comment, His story is a very long one and I might get around to writting it someday in the near future."

Yes, it is a wonderful design and a very magical creature - but if he is a Ginko Tree Spirit, why are there no Ginko leaves in evidence? I realize it eould have been almost impossible to cover him with Ginko shaped leaves as you have with the other blade-shaped ones, but there should be a couple of them at least.

Also I’m intrigued by the lacing on his antlers. Sort of a "cat’s Cradle" thingy? No one else seems to have mentioned it.
