SciFi and Fantasy Art: Elf and Wolf

I was trying to go with a different pose. Looking through one of my books I chose one looking down on a character. It worked out quite well and I decided to paint it afterwards. I love how it turned out, especially the elf's face. My wolf could use some work.

11 Oct 2007	Leif Eriksson	Loading... She’s very pretty, especially her face. Overall the girls anatomy looks very good. The wolf however is a bit flat, maybe you could use some reference photos on wolfs to spice up his anatomy. Chantal Nadeau replies: "Thank you. I know the wolf is flat. I had a hard time trying to find any reference just to try to draw at that angle. Practice makes perfect. "
