SciFi and Fantasy Art: Sword in the stone(Carribean:)

Well, as the title says, its a sword in a stone. I must say, not my best work, i just did it cause i couldnt think of anything to get for a friend for his bday, so i made this. If you post bad stuff about it without leaving your name, or totally stupid stuff, you can go to hell.

Hey, I think this is a cool picture. I'm wondering why no one is writing. I think it's because of the last word ... But I like the sunset on the water because it looks so-o realistic

Like the guy above i like the water in this one, for a quickie its not bad... teh one niggle i have is that wouldnt the sun light up teh sky?... this being a sunset and all, just a simply orange to deep blue gradient would be suffiecent. any way as for the guy above me...umm hey why dont you get a life, or at least kill your self either will do just fine, although id perfer the later.

Actually, this pic was kind of half assed, I didn't spend that much time on it, so yeah, it is kind of messed up, only posted it cause I thought maybe a few people would like it 2

i, for one, do like this picture. it's well done and you can tell by the shading that a lot of thought has gone into it. computer art is becoming more popular and i enjoy seeing the realist effect but i think i'll stick to pencil. you, however should keep on bashing at this because you're getting very good at it.

no really, your work is amazing, how did you get the sun to look that real? I've been trying to do similar work by estimating the temperature of the sun to achieve the correct lighting framework - its quite hard to do in cg when you have to take all the reflective fractioning into consideration. good work though, i especially like the way you got the sand to look yellow.
