| 15 Nov 2003 | Teile | You got lots of talent. Keep up the good work. | |
| 4 Dec 2003 | THE Dyannah <dyannah@unw...net> | Hmmph! And where am I, melawdy? Good stuff! | |
| 8 Jan 2004 | RangerTracker | Obviously couldn't even spell my own name last time, but I love my picture... Keep up the good work, also been reading the comic, nice work. Makes me laugh. | |

| 1 Sep 2004 | Austin Zheng | You have a truly distinctive style and your art here shows your talent. Even with a basic sketch, your pictures convey a sense of feeling, movement, and dynamism in general, and your people are free of the anatomical problems that I see elsewhere. I wish I could give some advice, but because my field of speciality is spacecraft, I'm not quite qualified to do so. Even so, feel free to stop by if you want, and I'll definitely be back in the future. This is a wonderful gallery. Colby Purcell replies: "What wonderful compliments! As it is, it is very important to me to have my own personal drawing style, even though I've leached off of all sorts of styles to form it ^_^ Your spaceship drawings are in a realm of technical drawing that I've no clue about, but they're excellent! | 14 Dec 2004 | Aurorah | Wow. Read my first comic tonight and had to read them all. I'm addicted! Great job and beautiful artwork! | |
| 13 Jan 2006 | Enyahs | Wow Colby, I rally like your art I can’t draw to save my life. But I do Photoshop; witch just isn’t the same somehow is it?
I’d give me right arm to be able to draw as well as you or even paint……
| 9 Mar 2006 | The Vladimir | I'm lucky enough to have my own original artwork from m'lady Purcell and have done everything in my power to keep it in as excellent condition as possible.
8 1/2" x 11" picture frames are just really too difficult to come by.
| 21 Jan 2007 | the comment person | Could you try and draw sort of a wood elf or druid??????? | |
| 26 Sep 2007 | The Vidinator | Really like your stuff Colby especially the comics, the pencil one is the best, but I am a fan of bitting satire.
