| 15 Oct 2000 | Tasha Kotraseva aka Isca Lox | Yes, the tail is very cool. I like this pic most of all in your gallery I think. Very original and pagan-looking picture. | |
| 16 Apr 2001 | Archangel | I really like the way those wings look tattered and the pose is great. The head thrown back sort of makes it look like it's howling and the way the body twists back and forth is very serpentine. | |
| 16 Apr 2001 | Archangel | Usually a wyvern has two legs, and according to one book that I read, In french legend, it is a benevolent life bestowing creature with a womans head, while elsewhere, it's breath is deadly poison and it often has a sting on its tail. | |
| 14 Dec 2001 | Genevieve (no last name) | What's a wyvern? I like the tail too....but darn it! I don't get these big words! Tell me! --Gen | |
| 19 Jun 2002 | Sabina E. Horton | This is how I THINK it goes: a dragon has four limbs: two front- and two back- legs, and two wings, a wyvern has four limbs: two wings and two hind legs, and something like you have here is a wurm or wyrm which just happens to have wings. well, I don't really know, but I like this style of creature. MacKay C Wilford [blue] replies: "I remembered something about limited legs with a wyvern, but what you say *sounds* right..." | |
| 14 Oct 2002 | Anonymous <yamita_ | Very nice n.n I'd say it is a amphitere dragon, more or less. Wyverns have two legs, and they're built more like a bat, with their arms as the wings. Amphiteres have no legs and have arms like bats. Ex: http://www.angelfire.com/journal/blackdragon/soaring.gif Still very cool | |
| 27 Aug 2003 | Cubie | Wow, I love it! It's funny how it takes a bit to figure out all the lineys, but when you do it's just so freaking amazing!!! You're my hero! | |
