SciFi and Fantasy Art: Wind beneeth thy wings

I would love to help you decide what exactly is going on here...but...I have no idea, all I can figure out is that I love this picture. it is magnificent and it almost makes me think of an indian spirit guide type thing...but i guess the dress would be wrong for an indian, huh? I love her skirt though...if I saw one like it I just may have bought it...lol I love things like that...well anyhoo, the color in this is fantastic and I love the way she is posed on her tip toes as if she has to lean into the wind to keep from falling from her perch, although I do suppose that maybe she'd fly...hm...well keep up the good work and you can count on me returning to your art to see whats new.
