SciFi and Fantasy Art: Lost puppy...

'Hey, guys! Look, I found this little lost puppy wandering loose! Can I keep her?' Haan leaned his elbow on Nala's shoulder.
'Forget it Haan! I saw her first!' Cedrick yelled back.
'Well you should have kept a tighter leash on her if you wanted to keep her. She is mine now!' Haan smirked.
Nala grinned and took a quick step to the side. The shoulder Haan had been resting all of his body weight on suddenly wasn't there anymore. He landed flat on his back, cursing. The other soldiers laughed. Nala looked down on him with a lovable smile.
'You shouldn't take things for granted Haan....'
