SciFi and Fantasy Art: Light up the Sky

The legend has it, that every morning the firehorses race thru the sky. Their speed and heat lights up the sky - thus a new day begins. A couple of months every year the slower of the firehorses may run. Since their speed doesnit generate as much heat, we know it's slow horses racing when winter kicks in, and the sun doesn't burn as hotly.
