She does look like a horse. No offense meant. her face seems a bit too long for her body. But the rest of her is beautiful. With those legs, she could deflate a soccar ball with a kick!

Definitely were-horse. I don't think I've run across a clan-name for those guys, you know? Ach, and where are her happy feet? Other than that, very well done, if a little ambiguous.

I must ask (well I dnt cuz my little Island has strange copyright laws, but I will out of respect)if I may use some of your art in a roleplay game, you wouldn't believe how hard it is to get a decent werewolf or Pooka piccy

I would make the arms longer to make them proportionate to the legs and body and if this is a girl you should make the chin less masculine unless it is supose to be like that.

The shading is great and the overall drawing is good as well.
