SciFi and Fantasy Art: A question about life

This is a piece I drew in less than a day, so it's pretty rough, but I wanted to do this, the characters here were born of the creative mind of Faith Erin Hicks, I recommend visiting her gallery and website they're just awesome ^_^ Well that little and demonish girl is Raven, a cute little demon, and that obscure guy on the corner is Isaac Jenner(u guessed it, it's one of the baddies ^_^) if u want to know more visit Faith and her great comic, Demonology 101. Why the title? I dunno, it came to me just like an arrow to my head, maybe u can explain me why ^_^

well i guess i would say, the demons are always waiting at the cross roads.the place where people stop to decide which way they should go...they are at their most vulnerable and fullest potential so both the lightest and the darkest forces keep close watch at these times....we're all at times questions waiting to be answered....this is a very thought provoking piece!!!it is up to the viewer to decide whether she is opening a box of inspiration or a pandoras box of chaos. or whether the baddie left it for her to find or whether he wants to take it from her....
