SciFi and Fantasy Art: Jaecenii Atima

'As he approached her, Butaan took a good look. My, my, what a beauty, he thought. She was fairly tall, almost six feet and her body oozed physical fitness, despite a slightly lithe frame. Her chest was a little smaller than he preferred but nobody’s perfect. Her skin was a nice light blue, firmly set unto nicely toned muscles. She had high set cheekbones, gleaming green eyes and straight neck length neon-purple hair that was tied up for her exercises. Her face was almost crease-free, as if she had never smiled in her life. Indeed, her expression displayed the epitome of emotionless thought and manner.' An excerpt from my book in progress, in which this fine young lady is the main character. I took a more animeish style this time, since it made the computer coloring easier. Pen on paper, scanned, enhanced and colored with Paint Shop Pro 5 (yeah yeah, laugh if you must, but not all of us artists can afford Adobe Photoshop :O)

24 Dec 1999	Cynthia Lane Armstrong	Loading... "her chest was a little smaller than he preffered" ?! She's at least a 36C. That's fairly large, unless you're willing to go into implants...I like the folds and drape of her pants.

21 May 2000	Melissa	Loading... She looks cool. I think you could go back for more value though, like use the airbrush feathertip thing in photoshop 5.0 I've experimented with it a bit... I have an animation class where that's all I used, besides adobe acrobat which just puts them into a movie. I always tried to remember value and contrast.
